Project Waterfall
Refreshing the Project Waterfall brand and website to emphasise the incredible role they play in securing the future of the coffee industry.

Clean water transforms lives, yet millions in rural, remote areas - especially in coffee-growing regions - struggle without it.

Project Waterfall, the coffee industry's charity of choice, partners with organisations to bring clean drinking water, sanitation, and education to these communities, creating lasting change.

1
A credible, authentic and optimistic new brand
To enhance Project Waterfall’s credibility and attract new partners, we created a brand that positions the charity as the leading voice for coffee-growing communities around the world. It was important for us to strike the right balance between a hopeful vision and the real challenges these communities face. Our approach aimed to emphasise collaboration and resilience, empowering growers rather than portraying them as passive beneficiaries.
2
A robust and informative new website
The main goal of the new website was to highlight Project Waterfall’s scale, credibility, and impact on the coffee industry. We made sure people can easily find ways to support the charity with a user-friendly and thorough website navigation.
“Cynthia's creativity and attention to detail have been key in bringing our vision to life. Her ability to understand our needs and turn them into a cohesive and compelling brand is truly impressive. I’m looking forward to seeing how this new branding will elevate our charity and help us continue to make a positive difference in the lives of those affected by dementia.”
